Who we are

The magic of Rotary is that it unites ordinary people to create exceptional change. In the Rotary Club of Macquarie Park, we develop lifelong friendships and business networking opportunities while making a tangible difference in our local and international communities.

Beyond our flagship projects, our members are deeply engaged in hands-on service. We roll up our sleeves for Clean Up Australia Day, host lively Trivia Nights, and fire up the grill for local community BBQ fundraisers.

For the global EPIC Day of Service we prepared Compassion Packs for domestic violence victims, and distributed them to multiple Police Area Commands, and local community groups. We also co-host the NSW Police Officer of the Year Awards. Through these diverse projects, our members experience personal growth in an organisation respected worldwide for its high ethical standards.

Epping Rotary 'Clean Up Terrys Creek'

Vimiera Park, opposite 120 Essex St Epping

Macquarie University is an affiliate member of the Circular Bioeconomy Alliance (CBA), founded by King Charles III. Following successful platypus reintroduction in the Hacking River, Macquarie Uni is now researching reintroducing them to the Lane Cove River.

Water quality is vital for this project. Terrys Creek, a major tributary of the Lane Cove River, needs pollutant reduction. Removing gross pollutants will improve river outcomes and protect wildlife.

Join Epping Rotary and Macquarie Uni students for a cleanup event from 10am - 12:30pm. Meet at Vimiera Park, opposite 120 Essex St Epping.
